Your Responsibilities To meet future challenges, we are now seeking new employees for our composite department. We are currently world leaders in composite constructions, have high demands on our work environment, and want to develop our staff. You will be involved in both new constructions and maintenance work. The job requires commitment and a high degree of personal responsibility where self-monitoring and quality are important. No day is like the other, which means you will have the opportunity to use your previous knowledge but also be challenged with new tasks. The main responsibilities include:

• Hand lamination
• Vacuum infusion
• Mold building
• Plug manufacturing
• Panel manufacturing
• Participate in improvement work
• Work according to our Lean principles

You will be part of a team with very high professional competence and good cohesion throughout the department. The team is collectively responsible for quality, delivery, and efficiency related to our products. Together, you and the team are also an important part of our work with continuous improvements.

Your Profile We place great importance on finding the right person who wants to develop and learn more about composites, and we prefer that you have experience or previous experience in the field. To thrive in this position, you need to be a team player and enjoy working in a group. We value good collaboration and a positive atmosphere. As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and ensure that you maintain good quality in your work. A positive attitude and curiosity to learn new things are important. A valid B driver's license is required.
